At Oak Hills we recognize that a child grows in faith through being active with God's people. With this in mind, we are privileged to nurture the faith of our children by including them in corporate worship. One does not need to be an adult to encounter God or to worship God. We are currently experimenting in our 9:30 a.m. worship service with including elements that will more fully encourage all ages in responding to God.

Check out our Sunday school program!  Oak Hills is fortunate to have many skilled teachers who love children. Our Sunday school program at 11 a.m. is designed with the different learning styles in mind and is characterized by its engaging nature along with its spiritual depth.

One of the most powerful ways a child grows in faith is for him or her to engage with God "out of the box" of the four walls of the church building. Our children's ministry offers resources for having family devotions, reading scripture as a family, and participating in service projects together.  Watch our front page to find out when family-friendly service projects are available!

Our church cooperates with other Presbyterian churches in the area to offer outstanding Christian camps. The opportunity to spend a week out in God's creation engaging with scripture and with committed counselors opens a space in a child's life where God can be readily encountered.
