Thursday Night, 6:30pm: Alpha Session #2. There’s still time to join! Come share a meal, video and discussion in a relaxed and safe environment.
Friday, 12:45pm in the Sanctuary – Moms in Prayer – join Sarah Sanderson for a structured time of prayer, lifting up kids, teachers and schools.
Saturday, 10am-2pm Sledding at Little John Snowpark (Mt. Hood). Please RSVP today to Susan Teague (firstname.lastname@example.org) for info and instructions!
Saturday, 10am – Volunteers needed to help set-up for the Sunday Breakfast. Contact Val Brown to pitch in (email@example.com).
Saturday, 6:30pm – Young Adult Potluck and Game Night! Young Adults (20’s & 30’s) invited! RSVP to Jeff and Michelle Emra (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Sunday, 9am – All-Church Pancake Breakfast! Come enjoy pancakes, sausage, juice and fruit, and re-connect with your church family! If you RSVP’d, thank you! If you didn’t, come anyway! We want to see you! Breakfast is free of charge, however, our youth will be helping to serve, and donations of any amount will be accepted towards their summer service trip to Idaho.
Sunday, 10am – Worship! This week we dive into Isaiah 42 and meet the mysterious “Servant of the Lord” – a messiah who is both powerful and meek, just and gentle… Come marvel again at the beauty of our Lord! Worship in-person or online. Livestream broadcast can be found here.
Sunday, 11:15am – 12pm – Congregational Meeting. Members and Friends of Oak Hills encouraged to attend and share in the important business of our church, including welcoming new members, electing officers, approving the pastor’s terms of call, and more! (Note: the worship livestream link above will include the congregational meeting following, for those needing to view from home. However, voting will take place in-person only).
Note: We are aware that inclement weather is expected Saturday night. Our Sunday events and worship will take place as scheduled unless roads are truly impassable. Please use caution when travelling if temperatures remain low Sunday morning.
Here is your verse for today: “Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint!” Isaiah 40:30-31.
